- Scheduling: Manage the appointment calendar, schedule meetings, and send confirmation reminders to ensure no missed opportunities.
- Mail & Data: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages; assist with general data entry and filing tasks.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries and resolve basic issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Office Supplies: Monitor office inventory and assist in reordering supplies to keep the office running smoothly.
- Support: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is highly preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
