Responsibilities
- Greet patients, clients, and visitors warmly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer incoming phone calls and manage a high volume of emails with accuracy and speed.
- Manage the appointment calendar, scheduling visits and coordinating follow-ups efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely manner.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate patient records in our management system.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Process payments and handle basic cashier duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
