Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area with a professional and welcoming demeanor, ensuring all visitors are greeted promptly and assisted efficiently.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate team members or departments in a timely manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy and discretion.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Support special events and meetings by setting up conference rooms, arranging refreshments, and providing general logistical support.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve office procedures and ensure a smooth operational workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative support role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must possess a professional appearance and a positive attitude.
