Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet all visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional first impression.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls with a polite and helpful tone.
- Scheduling: Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Mail & Distribution: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and faxes promptly.
- Administrative Support: Handle data entry tasks and maintain accurate office records.
- Customer Relations: Assist visitors with directions and provide general information about the company.
- Office Supplies: Monitor office inventory and order supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
