Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional greeting to all visitors and clients entering the office.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls with exceptional phone etiquette, transferring or taking messages accurately.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries in an organized manner.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the company calendar to prevent conflicts.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and photocopying documents.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure the office is fully stocked.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it remains tidy, welcoming, and well-organized.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Dependable and professional appearance and demeanor.
