- Supports office operations including supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Performs light administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
- Assists with event coordination and office meeting logistics
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional receptionist or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
