- Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain calendar schedules
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation
- Assist with office supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Support HR functions with onboarding paperwork and file management
- Uphold company standards through professional demeanor and confidential handling of information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in receptionist or customer-facing role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
