Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and clients with a warm, professional demeanor and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Phone Support: Answer incoming calls in a polite and efficient manner, screening and routing messages accurately.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage the calendar for office staff, scheduling appointments and sending reminders to clients.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming mail, distribute faxes, and perform basic data entry tasks.
- Office Organization: Maintain the reception area and common spaces to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Customer Inquiries: Address client questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front-office role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
- Availability: Reliable availability during standard business hours (e.g., Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 2 PM).
