Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and clients entering our Memphis location.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls with a polite and efficient manner.
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing emails, faxes, and mail in a timely fashion.
- Scheduling: Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate office records.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
Qualifications
