Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call handling and transfer protocols
- Greets visitors warmly, manages check-in/check-out procedures, and maintains visitor logs
- Perform light administrative tasks including data entry, appointment scheduling, and document preparation
- Assist with office supply inventory and equipment maintenance coordination
- Support mail processing, sorting, and distribution
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Collaborate with team members on office projects and event support
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of receptionist or customer service experience
