- Handle multi-line phone system with exceptional call routing and message management
- Coordinate executive calendars and meeting room scheduling
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain reception area appearance and office supplies inventory
- Support administrative tasks including document preparation and data entry
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years professional receptionist/front desk experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
