Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call routing and etiquette
- greet and assist visitors with professional demeanor and problem-solving skills
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and calendar management
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and package logistics
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and professional appearance
- Perform light administrative tasks including data entry and document processing
- Support office inventory management and supply ordering
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
