- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional professionalism
- Greet and assist all visitors with warm, courteous service
- Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
- Support administrative tasks including scheduling and data entry
- Maintain pristine reception area and common spaces
- Assist with event coordination and meeting room logistics

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist/front desk experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
