Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors with professionalism and managing visitor sign-in procedures
- Handling multi-line phone system with accuracy and courtesy
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars for executive team
- Processing incoming/outgoing mail and managing office supplies inventory
- Assisting with administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
- Maintaining a clean, organized reception area and common spaces
- Supporting event coordination and meeting room logistics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of receptionist or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Professional appearance and polished telephone etiquette
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
