Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, and routing inquiries
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure flawless preparation for executive appointments
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and issue security badges in compliance with company protocols
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Support office supply inventory management and vendor coordination
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations and exceptional client experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional receptionist or front desk experience required
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
