Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, and routing calls
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and package deliveries with accuracy
- Coordinate meeting room schedules and ensure spaces are properly prepared
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area and office common spaces
- Support HR and departmental clerical duties as needed
Qualifications
