- Support administrative tasks including scheduling and document preparation
- Collaborate with team on office supply inventory and vendor coordination
- Implement COVID-19 safety protocols for visitor management
Qualifications
- 1+ years receptionist or front desk experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
