Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
- Support administrative functions including filing, data entry, and document management
- Assist with meeting coordination, scheduling, and logistics
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Maintain office supplies inventory and procurement processes
- Support special projects as assigned by the Operations Manager
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently pursuing bachelor's degree a plus)
- 1+ years of administrative or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
