Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in real-time
- Maintain organized storage areas and adhere to safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly KPIs
- Document workflow processes and suggest operational improvements
- Support cycle counting and warehouse audits during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Flexible availability to work 4-5 nights weekly (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
