Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and digital systems
- Maintain organized inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audits
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with safety protocols
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless workflow transitions
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company quality control measures
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and labeling incoming merchandise
- Complete daily productivity reports and documentation accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
