Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts and cycle counting procedures
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Document all activities and discrepancies using digital reporting tools
- Support facility maintenance and cleanliness standards during shift hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with legal right to work in the UK
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills with attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25kg regularly
- Reliable transport due to night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification upon hire
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities
