Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using warehouse management systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Adhere to strict health and safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Prepare and organize stock for next-day deliveries
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Must be available to work night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM, 3-4 nights per week)
- Valid UK work permit and right to work in the UK
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25kg
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park Way, Birmingham
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential
- Must pass background check and drug screening
