Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume packaging and shipping procedures with speed and accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment to ensure optimal storage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to minimize errors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
