Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via chat, email, and phone during night hours.
- Diagnose software and hardware issues and deliver clear, concise resolutions to end-users.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our internal database.
- Collaborate with the day-shift engineering team to escalate complex issues and share feedback.
- Stay current with product updates and proactively educate yourself on new features to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or technical helpdesk roles.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 3 nights per week).
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a patient and empathetic approach to customer service.
