Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers during the night shift.
- Resolve technical issues and provide accurate information regarding our products and services.

- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless continuity of service.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
