Responsibilities
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist customers with purchases, returns, and product inquiries
- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas and store displays
- Perform nightly inventory counts and stock replenishment tasks
- Operate security equipment and follow loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with overnight team members to ensure seamless operations
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM shifts, 3-4 nights per week
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation to Commerce Street location
