Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with 99% accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification provided).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and update stock records in our management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols during the evening shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new warehouse software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Sacramento facility.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM) and weekends.
