Responsibilities
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Stock merchandise and maintain optimal inventory levels on the sales floor.
- Ensure the sales floor and storage areas are clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and returns.
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity or safety hazards immediately.
- Perform nightly closing procedures, including cash counts and system shutdowns.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
