Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and prepare merchandise for shipment in accordance with safety and quality standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Manage inventory levels by accurately scanning and logging incoming and outgoing stock.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the night shift.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a seamless handover of operations.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and attendance requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM or 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Relevant experience in warehousing, logistics, or customer service is a plus but not required.
