Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during overnight hours via phone, chat, and in-person support
- Monitor and maintain facility security protocols and emergency response procedures
- Process transactions and manage inventory with precision using our digital systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues in real-time
- Document daily activities and submit detailed shift reports
- Assist with facility cleanliness and organization standards
- Train on safety protocols and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students strongly encouraged to apply)
- Availability to work 20-25 hours weekly between 10 PM - 6 AM
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual a plus)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Miami location
