Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms
- Create engaging content (copy, graphics, video) aligned with brand voice and Nashville's musical identity
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and social insights
- Coordinate with Nashville-based creative team on brand consistency
- Manage community engagement initiatives and influencer partnerships
- Optimize SEO strategies for UK market targeting
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of marketing experience with emphasis on digital/social media
- Portfolio demonstrating successful campaign execution and content creation
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles and UK market dynamics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings/weekends for events
- Experience with music/entertainment industry preferred
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
