Responsibilities

- Create engaging content including blog posts, graphics, and video scripts
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies
- Manage client communication and project timelines
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with design team on visual assets
- Track ROI and prepare monthly performance reports
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Mailchimp
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills
- Basic graphic design abilities (Canva/Adobe Creative Suite)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Nashville local with knowledge of local market trends preferred
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (client site visits required)
