Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms
- Create compelling content including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies using Google Analytics and HubSpot
- Coordinate with design team to produce marketing collateral and visual assets
- Manage CRM database and maintain accurate client/prospect information
- Assist in planning and executing virtual and in-person marketing events
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of marketing experience with proven campaign execution success
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media advertising platforms
- Exceptional written communication skills with portfolio demonstrating content creation
- Strong project management abilities with attention to detail
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
