- Manage and optimize social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis using tools like SEMrush and Google Trends
- Create engaging content including blog posts, email newsletters, and ad copy
- Track KPIs and prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights
- Assist in executing PPC campaigns and A/B testing ad creatives
- Collaborate with design team on visual assets for marketing materials
- Support event coordination for virtual and in-person industry webinars
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in digital channels
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Mailchimp
- Strong written communication skills with portfolio of sample content
- Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available for 20 hours/week with flexible scheduling (evenings/weekends possible)
