Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across platforms
- Support email marketing campaigns and newsletter distribution
- Track analytics using Google Analytics and HubSpot
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with the team on promotional event planning
- Update and maintain CRM data with customer interactions
- Help develop basic graphic assets using Canva
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a marketing/business program
- Basic proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Interest in digital marketing trends and technologies
- Available to work 20-25 hours per week, including some evenings/weekends
