Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support via phone and email to internal staff and clients.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer peripherals and networks.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
- Conduct routine system checks and perform minor hardware upgrades.
Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to explain complex concepts simply.
