Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and network devices.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and software updates.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and procedures in our ticketing system.
- Conduct user training sessions to enhance technology adoption and proficiency.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential security vulnerabilities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, macOS, and common office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required.
