Responsibilities
- Manage Front Desk Operations: Greet and welcome visitors warmly, answer phones, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Scheduling: Manage appointment calendars, send reminders, and coordinate client check-ins efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, process invoices, and maintain accurate filing systems.
- Customer Relations: Address client concerns professionally and ensure a high level of satisfaction with our services.
- Inventory Management: Assist in tracking office supplies and managing the reception area's appearance and organization.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with clinical and treatment staff to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic scheduling software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
