Responsibilities
- Delver restaurant orders to customers within designated Manhattan zones using company-provided electric bikes/scooters
- Maintain excellent customer service during delivery interactions and resolve any order issues promptly
- Follow optimized delivery routes using our app to ensure timely arrivals
- Complete daily shift reports and payment verification through our digital platform
- Adhere to all traffic safety regulations and NYC biking ordinances
- Coordinate with restaurant staff for accurate order pickups
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid NY State driver's license or bike permit
- Reliable smartphone with GPS capability and data plan
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and navigate stairs in NYC buildings
- Strong time-management skills with punctuality focus
- Basic knowledge of Manhattan neighborhoods
