Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at concerts, conventions, and sporting events
- Manage crowd control and ensure venue safety protocols
- Assist with ticket scanning, seating guidance, and guest inquiries
- Coordinate with venue security and event management teams
- Set up and break down event equipment and signage
- Report operational issues and maintain accurate incident logs
- Uphold brand standards and VIP guest experience protocols
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to various Las Vegas venues
