Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event spaces including seating, signage, and equipment
- Manage attendee registration and check-in processes efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional assistance to guests

- Assist with vendor coordination and supply management
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event transitions

Qualifications
- 18+ years old with valid US work authorization
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours with frequent lifting (up to 30 lbs)
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Reliable transportation to various Phoenix metro locations
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and evenings
- Previous event/conference experience preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar platforms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
