Responsibilities

- Manage guest registration and attendee check-in processes
- Distribute promotional materials and event swag to attendees
- Assist with crowd control and maintain orderly event flow

- Handle basic troubleshooting for event equipment
- Complete shift reports and submit daily timesheets
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hours)
- Strong customer service skills with friendly demeanor
- Punctual and dependable with flexible availability
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Basic smartphone proficiency for digital check-in systems
- Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted
- No prior experience required – training provided
