Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event spaces including tables, chairs, and decorations
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and attendee check-ins
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist event attendees
- Monitor event areas for safety and report maintenance issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event execution
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems when required
- Assist with post-event cleanup and venue restoration
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service skills and professional appearance
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Basic cash handling and POS system experience preferred
- Previous event or hospitality experience a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check
