Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees
- Monitor event spaces for safety and cleanliness
- Assist with setup and breakdown of event areas
- Distribute promotional materials and event guides
- Coordinate with vendors and event managers
- Handle basic troubleshooting for audiovisual equipment
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of event industry practices
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Previous customer service experience a plus
- Must pass background check
