Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through professional interactions and service excellence
- Manage guest registration, check-in, and credential verification with precision
- Oversee event zones ensuring safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness
- Act as primary information resource for guests regarding schedules, amenities, and activities
- Collaborate with venue staff and event coordinators for seamless execution
- Implement emergency protocols and resolve guest concerns with diplomacy
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and material management as directed
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation and flexible availability (evenings/weekends)
- Outstanding communication skills and polished professional demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and calm demeanor under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
