Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at event entrances, registration desks, and information booths
- Manage crowd control and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and seamless transitions between event activities
- Respond promptly to attendee inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to coordinate event logistics
- Distribute promotional materials and maintain brand presence throughout the venue
- Report operational issues and contribute to post-event feedback sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, hospitality, or event support
- Strong communication skills with ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for venue access
- Professional appearance and polished interpersonal demeanor
- Basic knowledge of event management software preferred
- Must pass mandatory background check and drug screening
