Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and assistance at event venues
- Manage guest registration and credential verification
- Operate event-specific equipment (ticket scanners, RFID gates)
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and venue maintenance
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve guest inquiries
- Report operational issues and maintain event flow
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or event management apps
