Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at event check-ins, registration desks, and information booths
- Manage crowd flow and ensure attendee safety during high-traffic periods
- Set up and break down event infrastructure including tents, signage, and equipment
- Execute vendor coordination and logistical support for seamless operations
- Assist with promotional activities and brand ambassador duties as needed
- Document incident reports and maintain clear communication with event leads
- Support post-event cleanup and equipment inventory processes
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor/indoor settings
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols preferred
- Positive attitude with customer service experience a plus
- Must pass basic background check and drug screening
