Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Manage inventory through stock replenishment, organization, and cycle counts
- Create visually appealing store displays and maintain merchandising standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours
- Uphold safety protocols and cleanliness standards throughout the store
- Participate in evening and weekend floor walks to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- Flexible availability including evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to and from our downtown Indianapolis location
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and passion for helping customers find what they need
- High school diploma or equivalent required
