Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment and machinery safely and efficiently during assigned shift hours.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible evening and weekend shifts (including nights and weekends).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
